What is the Maximum Shipping Weight (number) supported

Hello,

just a quick question, whats the maximum value i can enter in the
1) Products Shipping Weight e.g 9999 or 99999999999999 etc
2) in the Zone X Shipping Table e.g. 99999:130 or 99999999999:130

Sounds silly but im just curious if their is a max figure that can be enetered that zencart will allow or that the mysql database can support?

6 digits on the weight ...

The Table and Shipping will take whatever you want but there is a relationship to the Maximum Weight Shipped in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship
Carriers have a max weight limit for a single package. This is a common one for all.

the default being 50 ...

Based on that the weight is divided in boxes and the size of that is used in the shipping module ...

cheers mate. due to one of my clients using dropship from various companys ive had to set up several pricing brackets and use weight to allow him to decide what to charge for each product.

below is the shipping table ive used. Its a bit confusing and yes it can fail if someone orders certain combination of products but its the best i can think of that zencart will allow.
