Admin account cannot login as a customer?

Hi, I'm wondering if this is a problem with my store, or just the way it is.

When I try to use an admin account to login as a customer, I get the Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password.

However, if I try to make a customer account using the same email address as the admin account, it throws up the error for an email address already in use.

Is it not possible for admins to run test orders with their own email address? Or is something wrong?

Admins are not customers.
Customers are not admins.

If you've used your admin email address to create a customer record, that will have its own password, as it's a separate record. Perhaps you've used it with a different password than you remember.
