Columns disappear

Hi,

I just started using Zen Cart, nice thing.
The firs problem I found out is that when I change template from default to any other, both the left and right columns disappear.

Any suggestions?

After changing templates you also need to go to

admin -> tools -> layout boxes controller
scroll to the bottom of the page and click the reset button
