    Default Emails from my store are sending multiple times

    I have a ZenCart store and when I send out emails, I've gotten MANY complaints that they are receiving the emails two, three...even four times. PLEASE help as why this would be happening? It's not that I have multiple email addresses (I checked) so I'm about ready to go nuts!

    Hi,

    Could it be that you're selecting different groups of customers and some of the groups contain the same customers? For example, "Customers who have never completed a purchase" might contain the same customers as "All Newsletter Subscribers". If not, can you explain the steps you take to send out the emails and what add-ons are installed. In fact, just click reply below and answer all the questions that display in the "posting tips" section.
