Orders not showing

I've realised that orders on the admin haven't been updated for a while - using only the check/money orders module .. my CURL proxy status is set to false.. although I am receiving email notifications.. has anyone got any experience or solutions for getting the order information back in the admin??<

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've been customising quite a lot ... particularly these files:

/classes/

- orders.php
- shopping_cart.php

but I have put them back to their original state and still don't get any new orders showing up in the admin or the my account area for uses. Each order is in the database however..

Any pointers on this would really be helpful

Browse the orders table ... are they there?

Browse the orders_total table ... are they there?

If they are, browse the orders_total table for a specific orders_id ...

Do you have one for the field for class for: ot_total

If not, check that you have the Total installed in the Modules ... Order Totals ... Total ot_total ... without that, the Orders will not display properly in the Admin ...

If not installed, install it ...

If that fixes it, then to fix the existing orders, you need to add a new record for the class ot_total with the correct information ...

Thanks for the response Ajeh.. the problem was actually in my custom coding in order_totals.php - I had to correlate something the same as in orders.php in differentiating between my customizations >

Hi! I have the same problem on a site I made for a client. The orders are not showing up in the admin panel, nor in the database. my MODULE_ORDER_TOTAL_SHIPPING_TITLE module is installed. The only method of payment is Paypal. she gets an e-mail from paypal saying she's recieved money, but it doesn't say what for! Have no clue what to do. I've read some other solutions, but they don't seem to apply to me. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I decided to order something off my site to see if everything worked. I received a confirmation from Pay Pal, but no orders show in Admin. Not sure what to do and I am getting frustrated that there is no one at zen cart that I can contact for assistance. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check your orders table, via phpMyAdmin, do you see orders in it?

Sorry I am sounding stupid, but what is a php? I have checked every where within admin that has to do with orders and I find none.

You have a Control Panel that came with your domain and in it should be a way to access a program called:
phpMyAdmin

This allows you to browse the tables in your database so you can check the orders table and see if you see the orders in there for your site ...

Another test you can try from your Zen Cart Admin ... is to go to the Customers ... Orders ... and do a search on a valid orders_id ... do you now see the Order?
