How do set up the shipping only to certain countries?

& How to set such shipping free if need to?

Found the answer myself:

1) Defined the zones with selection of country.

2) Selection the zone in the coupon.


Still two major questions remain:

1) Cannot select multiple countries?

2) Cannot exclude some areas, such as Puerto Rico, or AFO?
