No products listed in Add Featured Products

I have a product that I'd like to feature. So, I click on "feature products" and I land on the screen with a button that says, "New Product" When I click it, I land on a blank page, with no options for choosing or adding a product to feature. It says:

"Product:"

And that's it.
No products are showing up in the Products: list box in the Featured Products control panel for adding a product. Does there need to be any special setting made for the product in the Categories>Products panel?

I'm using Zen Cart v1.3.7.1/v1.3.8 with the Russian language pack.
Zen Cart 1.3.7.1
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
v1.3.8 [2009-10-19 12:15:29] (Fresh Installation)

Yes I did and you state that you are not receiving the proper selections or a "partially Blank Page"
Did you read the tutorial?

Sorry, the product list box was blank, not the page. Now they are showing up.
