I recently downloaded Zen Cart and I am very happy with it so far. When I installed it I chose the option to install the test data. I have made modifications to it as desribed in many of the tutorials on this site. I am at a point in my knowledge that I would like to start adding the actual information for my store. What is the best route to go, delete the items from the test store and add my items or should I re-install Zen Cart and start from scratch?

I would (and have) just delete the demo categories from Admin, unless you've made a lot of admin changes that you think you don't want in the store.
