Admin Login page redirects to itself, since I reset admin activity log

Hello,
I reset my admin log yesterday and low my Admin Login is redirecting to itself. I have not changeds anything else and the admin login was working fine yesterday after I reset the log.
I have tried putting php_value session.auto_start 0 in the htaccess file, have run Fix cache key but it shows no activity since yesterday.
I must Log in as there are customers waiting for products.
Please help
