ZC Free Charge card Mod

I have free downloads and installed ZC Free Charge card mod but customer cannot access download file from order confirmation page. This is being displayed instead

NOTE: Downloads are not available until payment has been confirmed

In customer account it says payment is pending. This happened after disabling offline processing (credit card)???? When this was enabled it produced the error:

not accepting payments from your region at this time.

However the download was accessible at checkout dispite the warning!
P.S. orders are accepted for the US only!

Any ideas to fix??????????

In Admin->Modules->Payment, what is the "Order Status" you've set for the Free Charge Card module?
If you've not got it set to Processing then the download won't activate until you manually update the order itself to the appropriate status.

when installed it was set to "Default" it is now disabled -
Does it need to be installed when the site goes Live? I thought this was a testing mod like offline processing.

Free Charge is used specifically to allow checkout when the total order amount is 0.

When set to Processing, Delivered or Updated gets same results

have it disabled again.

Well Sensei it appears I have a problem then. Can you lead me in the right direction since it has to be enabled?

Ok in Admin/Orders they all state "Pending" for every order tested for Default, Processing, Delivered or Updated.
Can this be a result of adding my own payment (Bluepay)gateway?

What happens when you update your "pending" order to "Processing" or "Delivered"? Downloads should be activated in that order when you do that.

they show as Processing for processing but it releases the downloads for when changed to Deilvered.
Was hoping to have the download available at check out instead of the customer leaving & have to return to download.
Not to mention save time without having to change each order manually in admin

Right, and that's exactly how it works by default.

Requires:
- free charge module with Order Status set to Processing or Delivered
- customer "purchases" free item
- upon completion, the free-charge module will set the order to the specified status, thus leaving the downloads immediately in a downloadable status
