Filter product by size/ colour - sidebox

Just trying to see if it's possible to filter by size/ colour etc in the sidebox by clicking the relevant icon.

I know you can filter by drop down but can these be converted to an image - in a similar way to the way attributes can be displayed as icons.

We just end up creating 2 different subcategories one for the brand and one for the size.

We do this relatively easily by importing our products with easypopulate twice, with new subcategories on the second import. Which creates a linked product between the 2 subcats.

This allows for our customers to sort by size or brand and then by price.
