Problem with home link giving 404

Hello there

My name is Michael and I am somewhat new to Zen Cart. However I have some experience with PHP and HTML so I know a little about what I am doing.

I need some urgent help, I have been looking through every search engine forum post and every FAQ and still no help.

I recently installed the newest version of Zen Cart on my website as an extention, so the domain is :

http://nizamihosting.co.uk/zen2/

But if you go to this page you get an error 404 message, the only way to access the site is by typing index.php after the domain as follows

http://nizamihosting.co.uk/zen2/index.php

So then consequently when you click on the Home button or the header it takes you to the 404 error.

Does anyone have any suggestions, this is really frustrating and delaying me in a massive way.

Looks like your site is not setup to know that index.php is a default file to load when no other is specified ...

You might check with your hosting provider to identify the problem with standard defaults ...
