[FONT=Verdana]We now received PayPal payment notification when new order comes in. And all orders shows up properly in Admin Panel. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]However, some order is missing 'new order' notification emails from our own site. It's really random. For example, we have got 6 new orders a day but received only one new order email. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]I've looked into these orders. They were all paid by credit card / all clear in PayPal. The only difference is the order got email has two comments while the others has only one comment. The first comment is all the same in these 6 orders. it set order status to 'possessing' with entry details column.[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]The second comment is from PayPal and shows details of credit card wpp payment. [/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]I’m afraid my customers are not receiving new order notification as well. That’s very unprofessional for a retail website. I believe the email setting should be correct since I could always receive status update emails when I changed the order status.[/FONT]
