Problem displaying admin

I am trying to access the admin page for one of my sites but it just displays a blank pae. I am not sure wht happened and do not recall doing any udates to it.

When I added the file into the admin/includes/extra_configures I get a orwser erro message error 500 stating could not find the page, withoutthe file I get a blank page.

Just resent the file again to hte admin folder, now getting a blank page, but the cache folder is not showing the debug file.

could the sql database be corrupt causing the issue? I have a customer set up for myself on the site and password is not working for me.

I have the same problem the debugger is not working too.
