Rounding up seems broken

Ok,

after near 15 pages of forums, I cannot really find an answer to this.

My tax calculation is always short of a few cents on every order.

I have search in thos forum, found some threads and post who refer to zen-cart not rounding up properly, some as refer that we can find a fix but no real concrete fix.

Any idea if this problem can be fixed ?

Im using latest zen-cart.

thanks. yes I just seen this thread and did the fix located here:

however, after the fix, I get a blank page for my shop.
