ghosting on cart/unable to process due to product not in inventory
Hi all - hope someone can help - if you would take a look at the page in the link, it would help, I think.
As you can see - there is an empty product added to cart - not by me - some sort of ghosting. I don't know if its always done this, it was brought to my attention by a customer. You cannot remove the item and you cannot move to the checkout...
I have checked that all products have a green light - they do.
I have made sure that they are all connected to a manufacturer - they are.
I have no idea how to stop this - any help?
