FedEx icons broken

The FedEx icons are not displaying in the checkout area of my store. I have seen in earlier posts from 2006 that they were disabled. Is that still true and if so where can I go to update the code to stop calling for the icons/images?

Follow instructions in your installation readme file. You must determine what background color you have in your checkout area first, choose the appropriate icons and remove the (WHT) or (DRK) from their file name.

I was able to install this mod, but the images look distorted (width="100" height="80") those are not the correct dimmensions for the images. How can I change this? I tried going into configuration > images > Small Image Width & Small Image Height but now all the product images look distorted as well??!!

I havethe same issue, the icons are distored and hard to read.
