Upsxml please help

Hi everyone,

I have gone through every thread on the forums, wiki and tried Google as well. Now first of all I am using Zen Cart 1.38a and PHP5.29

I have installed the UPSXML module on two different servers and both do not work. On the first server was getting the CURL error so I have put it on the demo server. That solved the CURL error adn now it connects to UPS as I am getting a response from them.

On the cart the error is 111370: Unsupported Pickup Type and on the log file UPS replies with:

<RatingServiceSelectionResponse><Response><TransactionReference><CustomerContext >Rating and Service</CustomerContext><XpciVersion>1.0001</XpciVersion></TransactionReference><ResponseStatusCode>0</ResponseStatusCode><ResponseStatusDescription>Failure</ResponseStatusDescription><Error><ErrorSeverity>Hard</ErrorSeverity><ErrorCode>111370</ErrorCode><ErrorDescription>Unsupported Pickup Type</ErrorDescription></Error></Response></RatingServiceSelectionResponse>

I have seen that a lot of people have commented that they have resolved their issues with it and have gotten the module to work. So can one of you guys either guide me or if you have an updated fixed version give me a copy?

I don't know anything about the UPSXML module, but what you posted does tell me that you are connecting to the server ok, and even retrieving information from it, so you don't have any problems with connectivity (IOW, your cURL is just fine.

The line I just quoted seems to be a good clue where to look though. Does this module have a selection of different "pickup types" for you to choose from? If so, select a different option.

If not, I can't be of any other help.

As always very helpful and your comments are always appreciated.

I did fix the CURL error so as you confirmed this is fine. Them module does have different pickup types and have tried every possible variation. I have even modified the module as I noticed that UPS has changed a couple of their codes. Still the same so I went back to the original module again.

THat's why I was hoping that one of the people that has fixed and got it working may be willing to help. Oddly enough this is the only module that seams that nobody (except of course yourself) is interested in helping. Weird but true

Anyway thanks again and I will keep hoping :-) that may be a nice soul takes petty on me and give me the answer :-)

Hi everyone,

As nobody (except Rod) seams to be able to assist, I have been trying to see if I can get it to work. After some modifications now I am getting the error message:

111212: The requested Package Type is unavailable for the selected service between the selected locations.

I have tried all possible combinations without any success. The only that I can think of is that the shop is based in Netherlands and their post codes are four numbers-space-two letters i.e. 5708 HX

Any ideas or has someone in Netherlands got this stupid module to work (no offense meant to the creator, I am just frustrated)
