Changing the text in the menu of the Admin

I have a friend that I am helping customize his site. He sell picture frames and Art.

Instead of "Manufacturers" we want it to show up as "Artist"in the sideboxes and on the item page. I have accomplished this.

The only place that I have left is in the admin:

Admin>Catalog>

Manufacturers I cannot find where to change this. I want the word "Manufacturers" to change in the Menu to Artist. Where do I do this at?

Also on the insert or edit product page where is says:

Products Manufacturer

All help is greatly appreciated.

I found and changed it in the Add/Edit Product, but still can't find where to change it in the menu.

I have used a find and Replace and seached for : Manufactured, Manufacturers, Manufacturer, & Manufacture

("Case Sensitive"<Very Importance)

I have also looked in the Ddatabase with PHPmyadmin.

Can someone tell me where to change this in the Menu?

Search for 'Manufacturers' in the very handy tool Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to se the files where that's defined.
