Payment without any sign of the order

I have recieved a payment from a customer using VISA, for which I have no order in zen cart.

This has never happened to me before, have any of you ever heard of something like this?

I have received orders both before and after this. I see that the customer was in my shop at the actual time when she used her card (I see this in zen cart).

With the payment information that I got from VISA, I can also see what she ordered. But no sign of this in zen cart.

I have talked to the card company and they say that they can see that there was sent a call back to zen cart after the payment.

What on earth has happened? Is there any way I can reestablish her order in zen cart?

Same problem for me, 'cept with Paypal.. What is going on with ZEN ?

I had this problem before... I simply uninstalled the paypal payment module in ADMIN>MODULES>PAYMENT. went to paypal and re-entered the IPN address then back to zencart and installed the payment mod again.... never had a problem since.

Im not fully sure why the order didnt come back to zencart from paypal but it didnt. What i recon might have happened is a inturuption in the connection or something. You could call paypal and see if they can send the IPN again. Or if you have Supertracker installed you should be able to see what was put into the shopping basket.

If you use Express Checkout instead, you won't have those problems.
