Newsletter Hangs when sending on GoDaddy

My client was trying to send an html newsletter with some large images. When it took to long he navigated away from it while it was trying to send. Now he can't send any newsletters or emails.

Using Zen Cart 1.3.8a

Hosted on a Linux Server at Godaddy

The store side of the site does not seem to be affected, although I don't know if the email notifications for new customers, etc. are being sent.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Wanted to update this post. This problem was fixed after resetting the password to the database and updating the config files. I have no idea why it worked, but it did.
