Both "Go to checkout" & "paypal express" shows up

Hi,
When customers come to checkhout page, they see both the "Go to Checkout" button (zencart default button) as well as the Paypal Express Checkout" button.

Isnt only the Paypal button to show up?

How do I get only Paypal button to show up as the "Go to Checkout" button. As it is now I have two (2).

Both buttons are equally functional for the customer.
If they choose the normal checkout button, they will be offered the choice of PayPal on the payment-selection page.
If they choose Express Checkout, they will have automatically chosen PayPal, and will then continue through the rest of the checkout steps similarly.
