Customer received order confirmation but no order in my admin?

Hi all,

I've been running Zen Cart and receiving orders without any problem but I can't find record of an order made on Mon 7th Dec. The customer has contacted me and forwarded his confirmation email from his order, which is order #66.

Order #66 shows another customer who has a different order and she placed hers the day after, Tues 8th Dec.

When I check his customer details, it only says 1 order instead of 2 (because this is his 2nd order)

Now I'm freaking out thinking people are ordering off me and it's not being recorded in admin. Feedback appreciated.

Quick update.....

I got the confirmation email as well for his order #66 and her order #66 . . ..
