Suddenly unable to login to admin area for last 3 days

Everything was fine just up until about 3 days ago.
I have no idea what version I'm running as I can't get into to see.
the site is www.tekfly.com

any help would be appreciated.

I've tried to send the 'new' password to my admin email but it never seems to arrive. I check my inbox and my spam. nothing.

any ideas?

btw. I tried different browsers and clearing my cache.. nothing.

Check the admin table in the database and see if the admin email address is still yours. If not, you can reset it to defaults by following this tutorial http://tutorials.zen-cart.com/index.php?article=2. looks like I need to add my prefix to the SQL query to test.
problem is, I did a 'auto install' so I'm not sure if the prefix is 'username_zc1' or just 'zc1'
thoughts?

The easiest way to identify the table prefix being used, while in phpMyAdmin, is to look at all the table names .... what do they all start with? *That* would be the prefix.
Or, you can look up the setting of DB_PREFIX in your configure.php files.
