    help question Shipping address lines missing=returned shipments

    My fulfillment center claims that due to the way
    the address lines are entered into ZenCart and
    later printed out on the shipper or invoice, that
    some of the address lines are missing on the
    shipping label (e.g., the PO BOX is missing) and
    orders are getting returned.

    How do I display the maximum number of
    address lines when getting customer addresses,
    and how do I make sure all of the address lines
    are being printed out on the shipper label?

    Where in ZenCart are the customer address
    settings so I can check them?

    Um ... out-of-the-box, all places where address details are displayed always display the complete address.
    And the only place to change what components are displayed is in your Admin->Configuration->Customer Details area.

    The more important question is ... how are you sending your details to your "fulfillment" center? Maybe you're using a broken addon?
    And, have YOU actually verified that they're not getting all the data? Is there *actually* data missing? Is all the address info properly displayed in your Zen Cart admin area, and in the customers' own My Account area?

    There is a Customer Line 2, on the
    Admin > Config > Customer Data
    area, and I have that TRUE. I don't
    know if that's the out-of-the-box
    configuration or not. I think that
    matters if the default is FALSE, then
    perhaps the Line 2 printout has not
    been adequately tested with a value
    of TRUE.

    I'm in the process of verifying the
    printout of the data that I *think* is
    there!

    Good thoughts, though. I still have to
    check for a PEBCAM error, that's
    Problem Exists Between Chair And Mouse.

    "Address Line 2" is set to True by default. And works correctly out-of-the-box whether set to true or false.

    I suspect something's amuck with whatever your "fulfillment center" is using for pulling data.
