Credit Card fields messed up on checkout-payment page

Hi All,
I have been having issues lately with my credit card page, It happens with all credit card processing options.
The layout is all screwed up, please see attached picture.
How can I fix it?

Any body got any ideas to the above, is it a simple css page?
I am clueless...any help / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

After many hours pulling my hair, I have found a fix!

Go to:
Includes/Templates/Your Theme/CSS/stylesheet.css

Find:
LABEL.inputLabelPayment {
width: 15em;
float: left;
}

and change to:

LABEL.inputLabelPayment {
width: 15em;
float: middle;
}

Let me know if it works for you.
