how to remove title tag from product pages?

I would like to remove the first part of the title tag on my product pages that is generated from the product name in the admin part of zen cart, and just use the custom title meta tag in the admin panel only. I know it's gotta be a php echo in one of the pages I just don't know which one.

I tried this and couldn't get it to work, and i also don't want to have to enter every page. there has to be a <php echo product name or something similar in one of the files that put the product name first in the title tag. I would like to remove that and just use the title tag that i specify in the product admin area. also at the end of the title tag it has []:

The brackets are from the Model in the product information (at least that was the problem for my store). I don't need a model number so I just removed it from the product in the admin panel.
