Can search for products, but not directly navigate to them

I very rarely post so if I leave out vital information feel free to pounce me.

I've been using EasyPopulate 1.2.5.4 only.

I can search out an individual item and put it into the shopping cart using the search box, but if I try to navigate to it through categories and sub categories I only get a blank white page.

For example, Dakota North Investigations #02 is the item I want. I put Dakota North in the search box, I'm shown a list with the item in it, I select it and all is good in the world.

However if I were to choose Comics-->DC-->Dakota North Investigations, all I get is a white page.

What could be causing this?

When clicking the link to your page my virus scanner warns of bad content on your page. Start with cleaning up your pages.

We were hacked a couple of months ago and I thought I had taken care of it - but I'm very inexperienced.

If I were to just download my db (items, descriptions, etc) and start from scratch would I most likely just be uploading the virus right back in?

This is usually due to when one of the categories products has a TOO LARGE to load IMAGE. I would suggest turning the categories>products off (green to red) and then individually back on (red to green) one by one. This will help you find the product that is causing the problem.
