Images are not being uploaded to product page?

I have the latet version of zencart with a brand new install

Hosted at hostgator

Basically my problem is that when i create a product and select a jpg image to upload and then hit submit it does not upload. The product page updates and tries to link to the right picture, but since the picture was never uploaded i get a missing image error, you know the box with the x in it.

I have searched for about a day and i didn't find a solution

You images are in the:
/images

directory but your code appears to be calling from the:
/images/uploads

directory so the images do not show ...
