unable to change payment modual settings

Hello guys.

I installed the newest zen release. and then i installed the map pricing/slimbox/and back instock noficication add ons.

once i completed that, i went in and started to make my adjustments in the admin. and i noticed that im unable to get the payment modual settings to come up on the right hand side. the shipping and order total ones work fine, but the payments isnt working at all.... it dont show me any errors or anything like that. and i dont believe i messed/modified any of the files associated with that stuff, so i dont know why it wont work.

anyone have any ideas, it wouuld be greatly appreciated.

What do you see?

Do you see under the payment modules the line such as:
Module Directory: /home/your_username/public_html/your_directory/includes/modules/payment/

no, i dont see anything like it.

basicly, i can click on each one, like authorize.net sim/aim, paypal, ect/ect, and it acts like its going to give me the little box on the right hand side to install/config, but it never does, so i can make any changes to anything... its not giving me any errors or anything, just does nothing, although the browser looks like its loading it, jusut dont ever happen... the shipping and order totals modules work jusut fine.....


any ideas.....

Sounds like you have a bad Payment Module and the page is not fully loading because of this ...

Any chance of a screen shot of what you are seeing when you go to Modules ... Payment ...

Yes here is one, its a crappy image becuase i scalled it down becuase it was soo large, butu you can get the idea. its not showing the box to the side to install/config.

Cannot read it enough to say the specific problem but I can see that you are most likely breaking based on a bad Payment module ...

They load alphabetically ...

Make sure you do not have any "extra" files in the:
/includes/modules/payment

directory or any backup file etc. as this is a self loading directory ...

Also check the files on the server in the directory and make sure that they are all "code" files and not "language" files ...

Then check the language directory:
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment

and make sure that they are all "language" files and not code files ...

can you tell me what files to reupload to the site? or do i have to do it all over again? becuase i have so much finished already, i dont really want to have to start over. Im hoping there is a way i can just upload some files to overwrite the bad ones if infact there is an issue with the current ones...

What's the yellow warning message at the top of the screen saying?
What's the last payment module shown on the screen?
As Ajeh said, what are the names of *all* your files in the /includes/modules/payment/ folder?
How does that compare with *all* your files in the /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/ folder?

the yellow warning is actually, the DFM website maintaince indication. thats all.

what i did was overwrite all the files in the includes/moduals/payment, and then all the files in the includes/lang/eng/mod/payment, and now its working. im not sure what happend, or why is wasnt working. im not sure if it was like that from the start when i installed, or if i messed somthing up when installing the 3 moduals i installed.

my sig info is not accurate, thats from 2007, i dont have all that stuff in my cart now, i jusut have slimbox/product notifier/map pricing/and analytics.

i think all is working now from what i can tell. i will keep you guys updateed. thanks again for all your help so quickly. its much apriciated.
