Freecharger module. Why my customers can't download free products instantly?

Hi,

I have a free downloadable product store. Now I am using the newest 1.3.8a ZC version and have a problem with Freecharger module.

As I understand if I have a free product when customers should be able to download it instantly but in my store it doesn't work.
I deleted 'Processing' and other order statuses and I left only Update(default) status. What should I do that people could download their products instantly, because now at the customer account section download button doesn't show?
Is it the problem with Freecharger module or what?

NOTE: deleting the Order Status was a really bad idea ... go to your other thread and perhaps ask how to fix this ...

NOTE: If you NEVER plan on having real orders where money is involved then this is not an issue ...
