Hi there,
Urgent problem - a client is now unable to process credit cards.
On the checkout, we're getting the error "Communications Error - Please notify webmaster. - your credit card could not be processed for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or or contact us for further assistance."
Client has tried with his own credit card and several others but to no avail.
He claims the only change was making PST and GST chargeable.
We are using Zencart 1.3.8a and our payment processor is Pivotal (Authorize.net)
Please help, client is having record views and sales aren't going through.
