    Default Reply to Admin Email Order Confirmation

    I've searched and cannot seem to find this, and it's a request I've now had twice in the past 30 days....

    When an order comes in and you get the admin order confirmation email, is there a way that you can configure the cart so you can simply "reply" to that message and it will go to the customer as opposed to the admin email address?

    Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

    I assume you're asking this because you're not actually using Zen Cart to manage your orders?

    I'm looking for the same answer. We use ZenCart to manage our reservations and it works great- however the event manager likes to be able to reply to the customers directly and doesnt like that he has to copy and the address into the reply to.
