I downloaded a template and tried to install it. I followed all the directions that was given me in the tut but it doesn't want to re-direct when I change templates in Zen Cart. It says page not found. Advice please??

After downloading the template, did you unzip the file
using winzip or 7zip? If so, did you keep the folders and file
structures intact? Then you upload to corresponding folders
in your zencart installation.

I use winrar do decompress my folders. I used Filezilla to transfer all my files to my store. I have it in "Includes" and then " Templates" where the default and Classic is.

Not sure if this will help but if you are using one of the free templates, try unzipping the archive and then look for a file (e.g. README.txt) which may contain instructions on what specific/additional steps that need to be performed in order to install the template properly.
