We have just updated the site and switched hosting companies. In the process apparently it was discovered that the previous designer had set up the site in a very convoluded way. Now that it has been transferred, I am finding the following issues:
1) When I update the status of an order, it stores that update within the order but on the main "orders" summary page it still shows pending.
2) I can't delete an order. I click on Delete but it just takes me back to the main admin page and I see that the order is still there.
3) I wanted to test my new merch services company so I set up my Authorize.net on Zen Cart but I couldn't switch my old payment company (SecurePay) to "false". That meant that I was unable to test the Authorize.net. So it's all still going through SecurePay.
It seems to me that there is something going on with all the updating and I can't figure it out. I have the programmer looking at it but I figured I'd post as well.
