Getting Error in Tool->Banner Manager

When I select Banner Manager in Tool menu From Administration Setting, I am getting these error

Why I am getting these WARNINGS please help me

I am using Zen Cart version 1.3.8a installed on local host using Xampp. I searched lot for this error but no result.
