Blank Homepage

I tried to find the answer to this question in the forum, but didn't quite find what I was looking for. I am using 1.3.8a and have recently installed all the patches. I have a question regarding this patch:

The lines of codes need to be changed or added? I noticed in all three instances there were lines of code that were similar to what the new code says, so do I replace that code with the new code or add the new code?

It seems pretty clear to me: Add the new lines shown (in red). You should end up with the file looking exactly as shown in the post.

I'm running 1.3.8a. My site is here: http://www.cartoolconnection.com

I installed all the updates found here: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=131115

I also renamed my index.php file to index2.php and loaded a blank php file page for index.php while I installed the updates because I had been hacked and I was afraid cc #s would get compromised.

Now after I've installed all the updates I want to bring my site back up. So I deleted index.php and renamed index2.php (the original) to index.php and uploaded it via FTP. I'm still getting a blank page though. Is there a way to fix this?

I give up. I have no other choice but to just start over because I can't figure this out. Can someone tell me if there is a way to save all my products so I don't have to re-upload over 180 products and such again? Thanks.

So I can just delete all the zen cart files from my servers, re-upload a new zen cart and connect it to the old database and all my products will be there?

Hello,

I am using 1.3.8a

I cannot access my homepage, a blank page is what comes up. I can access images by using a direct url though.

Anybody got any idea why a blank page is being brought up? Thanks!

Thanks stevesh. This is what was reported:

I went to line 25 and all that was there was

So I completely took out the file pci_patch_v13x_search.php and still got a blank page.
