Default Backing up the database using phpMYADMIN

Before you jump in and answer this topic, please note the subject line - I only want to know regarding how to backup directly using phpMYADMIN. Thanks!

So my query is, could someone please specifically tell me WHICH settings are best for backing up using this system? Particularly under the "SQL Options" section. Should "Add Drop Database" be selected/ticked? Which other options should/should not be selected?

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
