Step 2 adds $30.06 below shipping to order total

Help I had a customer call in there order because $30.06 is being added to the total just below the shipping. It says:

++ $30.06

and there is no text before it. I need to fix this I have an idea why I have been loosing sales now.

I got

Sub-Total:  $13.87
+ + :         $42.59
Total:         $220.45

Where this is a dupplicate total box -
What checkout files have you edited?

Thats just the thing I have not edited any files for months and I don't have any idea were it is coming from?

Use FTP and check files modified dates

The only dates are in the cache and the images and a Sitemap.xml on the 9th

Well the ++ $30.06 is with any shipper so it most likely is not the shipping module? I don't get the ++ I can't find anything in my payment modules that has it. I did a search via the developer tool kit and it came up with nothing. I went back over my invoice and found the same thing on the last invoice?

No one knows what to do about my zencart or did I just got droped?

Looks like a tax-rate description. Admin->Locations/Taxes->Tax Rates
