How to add a search sidebox to search the site of my affiliate/reseller company?

I would like to add a search function in the sidebox directly underneath the search box that comes with zencart. I have recently become an affiliate of a company and I would like to add their search box. I have the html code but don't know where to put it.

I ahve tried it by putting it on the main page and it works so now I want it in one of the side boxes.
