    Have you installed a custom template?
    Can you give us a URL?

    Well, in that case, the file should be "includes/languages/English/header.php"

    Also, if you don't want any Sales Message at all, you can also go to "includes/templates/template_default/css/stylesheet.css", and find the line that says:

    Code:

    #tagline {
        color:#000000;
        font-size: 2em;
        text-align : center;
        vertical-align: middle;
        }
    and make it look like this:

    Code:

    #tagline {
      display: none;
        }
    Either way will do the trick.

    Note: If you change the header.php file, you really should, first, make a new template folder, then update your files there instead of changing core files.

    Hope this helps.

    I could do it for you in a couple of shakes, but you'd have to trust me with you FTP or cPanel log-in info. You could PM it to me, if you want.

    Actually, it would be includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css where you add display:none; to #tagline.

    Please be sure to read the tutorials/FAQs about how to create your own custom template so that you won't lose your changes when upgrading.
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
