I recently switched from the Authorize.net payment module to PayPal Website Payments Standard and I have received an email notification from PayPal of an order with the amount, but the order (and details) is not showing up in my cart Admin area under Customers > Orders... so I don't know what they ordered. D'oh!
I have read several threads on this subject and I have set up everything as instructed and I can't find the problem.
- The site is registered and hosted through Godaddy.
- The PayPal account is a Premier account (not business).
- The "Order Status" of the module in the Admin area has a green dot and says "Processing..."
Any tips on how to troubleshoot this would MUCH appreciated.
