    Default PayPal orders not showing up under Customers > Orders?

    I recently switched from the Authorize.net payment module to PayPal Website Payments Standard and I have received an email notification from PayPal of an order with the amount, but the order (and details) is not showing up in my cart Admin area under Customers > Orders... so I don't know what they ordered. D'oh!

    I have read several threads on this subject and I have set up everything as instructed and I can't find the problem.

    • The site is registered and hosted through Godaddy.
    • The PayPal account is a Premier account (not business).
    • The "Order Status" of the module in the Admin area has a green dot and says "Processing..."


    Any tips on how to troubleshoot this would MUCH appreciated.

    That was your first mistake.

    Second, using Express Checkout would be much better than IPN.

    Third, you'll need to apply this change due to quirks with GoDaddy servers.

    And, you'll want to keep an eye on the performance of your site. It's almost guaranteed that it'll slow to a crawl when you least want it to. There are many other discussions on this forum confirming that. But, that's a separate topic anyway.
