Display Item when Out of Stok button is Red

I do not check stock level and do not subtract stock & all my items are entered as 0 (zero). When I set the out of stock and the button goes red, is there a way I can still display the item on the screen with an Out of Stock text message displayed

If you wanted to Manually Control things you could turn on the Sold Out for Product Quantity products_quantity being <= 0 ...

But since you do not track stock, as kobra has said, you would need to do this manually ...
