How to Port a OSCommerce Mod?

Please excuse me if this has been covered before !

I am looking to see if the following mod has been ported over to Zencart ?

if so where can I get it ......(I can not find it .....)


If not please please point me in the direction of how I can DIY or if you know of a similar mod on zen that will do the same sort of thing .
