We are having a problem when customers reset their passwords. When and customer needs to reset his/her password they click the reset password button, and it gets sent to their email address. Well I have been getting a few emails saying that the password that was sent didn't work, and I just thought it was the customer not being very smart.... but as more and more kept coming in I tested it and they are right!! I have tried multiple accounts, multiple browsers, and of course deleting the cookies, etc.
Does ANYONE have any ideas why this would be happening??
