Turning on Shipping address option

Can anyone tell me how to turn the shipping address option on for my customers, so that they can have their goods delivered to places other than their billing address?
I have drawn blood looking for this, and I am totally lost. If anyone could help me with this it would be so appreciated. I am using Zencart 1.3.8a.

If anyone could explain how to do this I would appreciate it as I too want my customers to be able to specify a different delivery address.

Go to the Configuration ... Maximum Values ...

Address Book Entries
Maximum address book entries a customer is allowed to have

Once the maximum is reached the customer cannot add another address until an address is deleted ...

Thank you, the maximum value is already set to 5 but it does not give any of the customers an option to select a different delivery address, it only shows the billing address.

If you switch to the Classic Template ... does the button show up to change address?

If so, then either you are missing the button in your templates and overrides file(s) or you are missing the code ...
