I think I saw something about this problem and I have been searching the forum for the past 2 hours and can't find anything. I sure hope I'm not starting a new thread for something already addressed.
My client has always been notified by email of any/all new orders. For the past two days, she hasn't gotten any emails so she 'assumed' no new orders....until a couple of customers called to find our when their order would be shipped. I have looked & looked but can't find where this is even specified in the code. I didn't originally setup this cart so I'm trying to learn where everything is. I know I spent days & days when I took over this site finding out where some of the source code was located. Can you tell I'm a newbie to ZenCart? But hopefully someone will take pity and help me before I loose what LITTLE hair I have left! LOL
