Copying attributes error?
A client of mine has come across a problem when copying attributes from an existing product to a new product.
I say a problem, it might just be the way that she has 'copied' the attributes, what she thinks she did was to copy the attributes from one product to a already existing category that she placed the new products in and all the Variants have disappeared leaving only a colon :
Screen shot attached for a better description - is there any way to reverse this?
(backups were done, but there are now as many new products added now as the backed up old products that have lost the variants so it's six of one and half a dozen of the other in terms of re-entering them)
Oh, and if anybody knows exactly what she did by looking at the screenshot I'd be grateful to know just what happened so I can explain it to her :)
