Getting "view only the webpage content that was delivered securely" message

Hi I am using the new version of ZenCart 1.3.8

Everytime I login or use the check out , I get Internet Explorer 8 displaying the message

"Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered"

I have checked my SSL certificate and it display the domains details ok , and I have used HTTPWATCH Basic .

And it seem to point to images in my CSS style sheets , I have added the images with the HTTPS and still get the error message

Can somebody point me in the right direction to resolve the error

The URL of the site is www.simplylcd.org.uk
The webhosting is done with www.123-reg.co.uk , and they have check the SSL and everything seems ok

I can login to the site with admin in SSL mode with out any issue ??

123 Reg is about as bad as GoDaddy for eCommerce hosting. They scrape by as a domain registrar, but for hosting anything other than a 4-page site showing pictures of your pet cat, they are useless.

Who would you recommend to host a ecommerce site , that is reasonably priced??
Just paid a years hosting with this company
